REVB•Quarterly net loss widens
Revelation Biosciences posted a net loss of $3.32 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, widening from $2.44 million a year earlier.
Operating expenses rise sharply
Operating loss widened to $3.66 million as operating expenses climbed 48.8% to $3.66 million versus the prior-year quarter.
Research and development costs rose 45.6% to $1.92 million, driven by higher GEM-AKI program and manufacturing spend, partly offset by lower GEM-CKD expenses.
General and administrative expenses increased 52.5% to $1.74 million, primarily on higher personnel costs including stock-based compensation.
Cash position and going-concern warning
Cash and cash equivalents were $11.5 million at June 30, 2026; the company flagged substantial doubt about its ability to continue as a going concern.
