X4 Pharmaceuticals posted Q2 2026 revenue of USD 8.81 million, swinging from USD 1.97 million a year earlier.
Net loss narrowed to USD 16.16 million, or USD 0.13 per share, from a loss of USD 25.74 million, or USD 3.47 per share.
R&D expense fell to USD 15.08 million from USD 18.35 million, due to lower headcount, partly offset by higher 4WARD CRO costs.
Cash position and operational updates
Cash position totaled USD 208 million at June 30, with management pointing to a cash runway into 2029.
Operationally, it shifted the Phase 3 4WARD trial to a new CRO, expects an FDA sample-size update, and cited EU authorization of XOLREMDI for WHIM syndrome.
