Revolution Medicines Sues Erasca for ERAS-0015 Infringement, Unveils Four ESMO Presentations
RVMD•Revolution Medicines has filed a patent infringement and trade secret lawsuit against Erasca over its ERAS-0015 cancer candidate, potentially securing royalties or damages. It will present four RAS(ON) trial results for zoldonrasib and daraxonrasib at the ESMO GI Cancers Congress July 1–4.
1. Patent Infringement Lawsuit Against Erasca
On June 25, Revolution Medicines initiated a securities class action accusing Erasca of patent infringement and trade secret misappropriation related to its ERAS-0015 RAS inhibitor. The suit follows allegations that proprietary RAS(ON) technology was used without authorization, with the company seeking royalties or damages tied to its intellectual property.
2. Four ESMO Gastrointestinal Cancers Congress Presentations
Revolution Medicines will feature four presentations at the ESMO GI Cancers Congress in Munich from July 1–4. Two oral sessions will report Phase 1/2 data on zoldonrasib combined with chemotherapy and with daraxonrasib in metastatic PDAC, while two posters will outline Phase 3 trials of daraxonrasib as monotherapy and in combination with gemcitabine plus nab-paclitaxel as first-line treatment and adjuvant therapy in resected PDAC.
