RF Industries will hold its annual shareholder meeting in Parsippany, New Jersey on Sept. 10, 2026.
Shareholders will vote to elect one director to a three-year term running to the 2029 annual meeting.
An advisory vote will be held on compensation for the company’s named executive officers.
Investors will also be asked to ratify CohnReznick as independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending Oct. 31, 2026.
