Rich Sparkle net loss widens to US$39.46 million as revenue rises 22%
ANPA•Rich Sparkle reported revenue of US$2.12 million for the six months ended March 31, 2026, up 22% year over year, while its net loss widened to US$39.46 million.
1. Six-month results
Revenue rose 22% to US$2,121,062, mainly due to higher financial printing and advisory services, partly offset by lower revenue from other services. Gross profit increased 32% to US$835,774, and gross margin improved to 39.4% from 36.3%. SG&A expenses climbed 72% to US$1.56 million, and share-based compensation expense was US$38.85 million.
