Richtech Robotics announces annual shareholder meeting

Richtech Robotics will hold its 2026 annual stockholders meeting in Las Vegas on Sept. 29, 2026.
Shareholders will vote on re-electing directors Saul Factor and John Shigley to new three-year terms ending at the 2029 annual meeting.
The ballot also includes ratification of CBIZ CPAs P.C. as independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending Sept. 30, 2026.
