Rise Nano Optics Appoints Ex-Zenni CCO, Signs C$8,500/Month Market Maker
Rise Nano Optics named Erik Ritchie, former Zenni Optical and EnChroma executive, as Chief Commercial Officer to drive North American commercialization of its patented nanotechnology lenses. The company also signed a six-month market making deal with Generation IACP and a 12-month IR agreement with Strike, each at C$8,500 monthly.
1. Appointment of Chief Commercial Officer
Erik Ritchie, previously CCO at Zenni Optical and CEO of EnChroma, joins Rise Nano Optics to lead North American commercialization. He will oversee sales, marketing, strategic partnerships, channel development and collaborate with product, operations and regulatory teams to scale the company’s SPECTRAGUARD™ nanotechnology lens solutions.
2. Market Making Agreement with Generation IACP
Rise engaged Generation IACP for market making services to enhance trading liquidity on the Canadian Securities Exchange. The six-month agreement, at C$8,500 plus taxes per month, automatically renews unless terminated with 30 days’ notice, with IACP bearing its trading costs and operating at arm’s length.
3. Investor Relations Engagement with Strike Communications
The company appointed Strike Communications to deliver capital markets support, investor outreach and corporate communications. Under a 12-month contract, Strike will receive C$8,500 plus taxes monthly and may be terminated with 60 days’ written notice, with potential future securities interests by Strike principals.
