River Financial amends 8-K, says threat actor accessed network and exfiltrated data

The company has not determined the full scope or impact, or whether the incident is reasonably likely to materially affect business or financial condition.

River expects to file another amendment within four business days once additional information becomes available.

River Financial amended its June 19, 2026 Form 8-K on a material cybersecurity incident as its investigation progressed.

An unauthorized threat actor accessed parts of the network, removed certain data, and the company is still assessing whether personally identifiable information was affected.

River sought to suppress the data, including obtaining representations from the threat actor that it deleted the information.
