2. LPG Charter Contracts
The M/T Dream Terrax (2020-built, 5,000 cbm) commenced a time charter in March 2026 at $353,000 per month until January 2027, a 17% premium to its 10-year average. The M/T Dream Syrax (2015-built, 5,000 cbm) secured a charter at $360,000 per month until March 2027, representing a 19% premium to historical rates.
