HOOD•Vladimir Tenev sold 375,000 Robinhood Class A shares for $42.75 million on Oct. 5, 2026, after an automatic conversion of the same number of Class B shares.

Tenev cut his direct Class A stake to zero on Oct. 5, 2026, selling 375,000 shares at weighted-average prices of $113.2356, $113.9682 and $114.9537. The trade reflected an automatic conversion of 375,000 Class B shares into Class A shares. After the transactions, he directly held 47,419,572 Class B shares and indirectly held 6,907 Class A shares through a living trust.
