Rocket Lab Q2 revenue jumps to record high on surging demand

Rocket Lab expects third-quarter 2026 revenue between $250 million and $265 million. The company sees third-quarter 2026 non-GAAP gross margin of 35% to 37% and forecast adjusted EBITDA loss of $17 million to $23 million.
Rocket Lab said record revenue was supported by contract wins, including a $397 million award for the U.S. Space Force SB-AMTI program and more than $160 million for geostationary satellites.

Record quarterly revenue driven by demand
Rocket Lab said fiscal second-quarter revenue rose 62% year over year to a record level, driven by surging demand across all areas of its business.
The company posted a net loss of $49.26 million, or $0.08 per share. Operating expenses were $142.09 million, operating loss was $57.51 million and pretax loss was $43.93 million.
Rocket Lab also announced acquisitions of Mynaric and Motiv, and a deal to acquire Iridium.
