Rockwell Automation to Deploy Plex Platform at UAE’s Hadaf Foods Facility
ROK•Rockwell Automation has signed an agreement with UAE dairy manufacturer Hadaf Foods to implement its Plex Smart Manufacturing Platform at the Khalifa Economic Zones Abu Dhabi facility. Supported by Precast FZCO, the rollout of Plex Production Monitoring will deliver real-time insights into machine performance, downtime and OEE to drive growth.

Rockwell Automation has secured an agreement to implement its Plex Smart Manufacturing Platform at Hadaf Foods’ facility in Khalifa Economic Zones Abu Dhabi. The contract encompasses the initial deployment of Plex Production Monitoring, aimed at modernizing the dairy manufacturer’s production environment.

Supported by Precast FZCO, the project will automate data capture across machines and operators, providing real-time tracking of machine performance, downtime and OEE. This digital backbone will replace fragmented reporting, enabling faster decision-making and continuous process improvement.
