Rogers Reports 10% Q1 Revenue Growth to C$4.9B and 32% FCF Gain, Declares C$0.50 Dividend

Rogers Communications Q1 service revenue rose 10% to C$4.9B, adjusted EBITDA increased 5% to C$2.4B and free cash flow grew 32% to C$776M. It declared a quarterly dividend of C$0.50 per share payable July 6 to shareholders of record June 9.

1. Q1 Financial Highlights

In the first quarter ended March 31, Rogers Communications generated total service revenue of C$4.912 billion, a 10% year-over-year increase, and adjusted EBITDA of C$2.364 billion, up 5%. Free cash flow grew 32% to C$776 million and net income rose 72% to C$482 million.

2. Guidance Update

The company reduced its 2026 capital expenditure range to C$2.5–2.7 billion, a roughly 30% cut versus 2025, and raised full-year free cash flow guidance to C$4.1–4.3 billion. Debt leverage improved to 3.8x from 3.9x at year-end 2025, with further deleveraging targeted through 2026.

3. Dividend Declaration

Rogers declared a quarterly dividend of C$0.50 per share on its Class A Voting and Class B Non-Voting shares, payable on July 6 to shareholders of record as of June 9, 2026.
