Royal Caribbean Delivers $61M in Community Contributions, Impacts 3.1M Individuals
RCL•Royal Caribbean delivered $61 million in community contributions and impacted 3.1 million individuals across 85 destinations since 2023, including $10 million in cash and in-kind support this year. It launched the Royal Caribbean Group Foundation to build on its 30-year legacy and expand philanthropic initiatives.

Royal Caribbean Group’s 2025 Community Impact Report shows $61 million in total community contributions value and more than 3.1 million individuals impacted across 85 destinations since 2023, with $10 million donated in cash and in-kind support this year supporting disaster recovery, conservation, education and workforce development.
2. Foundation Establishment
The new Royal Caribbean Group Foundation builds on over 30 years of community engagement to expand philanthropic impact. Its inaugural pledge supports Jackson Health Foundation’s emergency residency program, enhancing medical education and workforce readiness in South Florida.
3. Conservation and Relief Initiatives
Since 2016, the company invested over $13 million in conservation with the World Wildlife Fund and contributed $1.6 million to disaster relief, including hurricane recovery in Jamaica. It also advanced biodiversity protection through the Galápagos Barcode Project, training communities to document native species.
4. Education and Community Programs
Royal Caribbean celebrated 15 years of L'École Nouvelle Royal Caribbean in Haiti, educating over 4,600 students and awarding more than 700 scholarships, and raised $4.2 million for Make-A-Wish, granting over 3,000 wishes to children with critical illnesses over 25 years.
