2. Celebrity River Cruise Expansion

Royal Caribbean will enter the European river cruise market in August 2027 with two initial ships already sold out, and has committed to 10 additional Celebrity River Cruise vessels, growing the fleet to 20 ships by 2031 and offering expanded itineraries and destinations.

3. Discovery Class Ship Launch

The company announced a new Discovery Class for its mainline brand, featuring smaller ships designed to replace older vessels and access ports unreachable by larger ships, enhancing itinerary flexibility and guest experience across its fleet.
