Royal Caribbean has partnered with Roald Dahl's Marvellous Children's Charity ahead of the July 2026 European debut of Legend of the Seas. The alliance supports the charity's network of over 250 specialist Roald Dahl Nurses who care for more than 50,000 children with complex conditions across the UK.
2. Onboard Fundraising
During Legend's inaugural European season, guests can make onboard donations and participate in fundraising moments integrated into the ship's entertainment lineup. To launch the partnership, Royal Caribbean will host a special four-night preview sailing for Roald Dahl Nurses, offering them a complimentary cruise experience.
3. Ship Deployment Timeline
Legend of the Seas will start its European season in July 2026 before repositioning to Fort Lauderdale in November for six-night Western Caribbean and eight-night Southern Caribbean cruises. The ship offers eight neighborhoods and over 40 dining and entertainment options, showcasing Royal Caribbean's Icon Class innovations.
