Royalty Management swings to Q2 FY26 profit of 375,220; revenue rises 38.01% to 1.83 million

Cost of revenues climbed to USD 1.68 million from USD 1.1 million, reflecting a new RMC Environmental Services contract effective Feb. 1, 2025.
Operating expenses fell to USD 243,502 from USD 273,334 on lower general and administrative costs.
Other income was USD 465,844 versus other expenses of USD 1,381, mainly due to warrant fair value adjustment swings.

Royalty Management Holding posted Q2 net income of USD 375,220, swinging from a net loss of USD 49,528 a year earlier.
Revenue rose 38.01% to USD 1.83 million, driven by higher volume at its environmental services subsidiary.
