RTX Begins Production of 3.1m Space Telescope, Q2 Results Set for July 23
RTX•RTX's Raytheon business has completed an accelerated preliminary design review and begun production of a 3.1m off-axis telescope for the Lazuli Space Observatory, with delivery scheduled for 2028. Additionally, RTX will publish Q2 2026 results on July 23 before market open, with a 7:30 a.m. ET conference call.

RTX's Raytheon business completed an accelerated preliminary design review for a 3.1 meter off-axis aperture telescope destined for the Lazuli Space Observatory. The system uses advanced lightweight materials for thermal stability, auto-alignment via digital twin simulations and optical engineering, and is already in production for a 2028 delivery.
2. Q2 Earnings Release Schedule
RTX will release its second quarter 2026 earnings on July 23 before the market opens and host a 7:30 a.m. ET conference call. A webcast of the call and a downloadable presentation will be available for investors to review the results.
