Ruanyun Edai signs MOU with Intersect, Nanchang Institute to expand Saudi-China education platform

The parties target commissioned research, vocational programs, education-technology deployments and licensing tied to Ruanyun Edai’s Formind international commercialization strategy.
The MOU runs for three years. Projects are expected to be formalized later through separate agreements covering scope, economics, intellectual property and implementation roles.
Three-party MOU to build Saudi-China education and technology platform
Ruanyun Edai Technology signed a three-party MOU with Intersect Holding and Nanchang Institute of Science and Technology to build a Saudi-China education and technology platform.
The parties said Intersect will link the group with Umm Al-Qura University, support research funding efforts, and coordinate delivery.
Nanchang Institute will mobilize faculty, students and research resources, while Ruanyun Edai will lead technology coordination, project development and implementation.
