Rubrik Q4 Subscription ARR Jumps 34% to $1.46B with $115M New ARR
Rubrik delivered record net new subscription ARR of $115 million in Q4, driving total ARR to $1.46 billion, up 34% year over year, and subscription revenue rose 50% to $365 million. Free cash flow reached $238 million for FY2026, over tenfold prior year, with cash reserves of $1.7 billion.
1. Q4 2026 Subscription and Revenue Growth
Rubrik grew subscription ARR by $385 million to $1.46 billion, marking 34% year-over-year expansion and achieved $115 million in net new ARR for Q4. Subscription revenue rose 50% to $365 million and non-GAAP gross margin improved to 84%, up 400 basis points.
2. FY2026 Free Cash Flow Surge
Rubrik’s free cash flow reached $70 million in Q4 and $238 million for FY2026, more than tenfold the previous fiscal year. The company ended the period with $1.7 billion in cash and equivalents against $1.1 billion of convertible debt.
3. Customer Expansion and Retention
Annual subscription net retention rate remained above 120%, and customers contributing over $1,000 in ARR increased 25% to 2,805. This growth underscores strong upsells and expanding enterprise deployments across its customer base.
4. FY2027 Financial Guidance
Rubrik forecasted Q1 2027 revenue of $365 million to $367 million, implying 31%-32% growth year over year. Fiscal 2027 guidance targets subscription ARR of $1.829 billion to $1.839 billion, total revenue of $1.597 billion to $1.607 billion, and free cash flow of $265 million to $275 million.
