Ruger Q2 FY26 diluted EPS swings to profit at $0.43; net sales rise 19% to $158.1 million

- Adjusted diluted EPS rose 26.83% to $0.52; adjusted EBITDA more than doubled to $16.58 million, lifting the adjusted EBITDA margin to 10.5%.
- Ruger cited $1.2 million of incremental legal and advisory costs tied to the Beretta Holding strategic cooperation agreement negotiations, plus one-time CFO transition expenses.
- Management said Q2 showed sequential and year-over-year sales growth, improved manufacturing execution, and the formal launch of the Ruger Business System operating framework.
