SafeSpace Global expands exclusive BMRT agreement to houses of worship, addiction treatment centers
SSGC•SafeSpace Global expanded its exclusive commercialization agreement with BMRT Security to cover houses of worship and addiction treatment facilities, adding more than 374,000 U.S. congregations and treatment facilities while leaving the existing $15 million aggregate minimum funding requirement unchanged.
1. Agreement expansion
The expanded agreement adds houses of worship and addiction treatment facilities to SafeSpace Global’s exclusive commercialization rights for BMRT Security’s concealed weapons and drug detection products. Existing rights cover K-12 schools and correctional facilities, bringing the agreement’s scope to four markets. The addendum does not change the $15 million aggregate minimum funding requirement and creates no separate funding obligation.
