1. SAGE AI Platform Launch
Sagtec Global has rolled out SAGE AI, its next-generation restaurant operating system that integrates POS infrastructure, operational analytics and predictive AI models. The platform leverages data from thousands of locations to deliver demand forecasting, inventory management and multi-location performance insights, backed by USD 11 million in initial enterprise contracts across Southeast Asia.
2. Malaya Heritage Acquisition
Sagtec Global signed a term sheet to acquire a 60% equity stake in Malaya Heritage for USD 3 million, comprising USD 1.8 million in fixed-price shares and a USD 1.2 million earn-out tied to revenue and EBITDA milestones. The deal provides a real-world deployment of SAGT’s POS and software, with a goal of driving 70% revenue growth at the four-restaurant operator.
