Salesforce shares slid approximately 3.5% year-to-date after starting 2026 with a steep decline in its first trading day. In December 2025, Salesforce acquired agentic AI marketing firm Qualified to enhance its AI agent ecosystem, and the stock trades at 33.9 times trailing P/E.

1. Novo Nordisk Selects Veeva Vault CRM for Global Commercial Teams

Novo Nordisk’s International Operations business unit has committed to a multi-year enterprise license of Veeva Vault CRM, marking the third major CRM implementation for the Danish pharmaceutical leader. The agreement covers deployment across 75 countries and will support more than 500 commercial users in 15 therapeutic areas, including diabetes care and obesity management. Vault CRM’s agentic AI capabilities will automate key sales activities—such as call planning, sample tracking, and promotional compliance checks—reducing manual data entry by up to 40%. Veeva Systems CEO Peter Gassner highlighted that the platform’s advanced global features address country-specific regulatory requirements, while Emil Kongshøj Larsen, EVP of International Operations at Novo Nordisk, emphasized that the new CRM foundation will streamline omnichannel engagement and accelerate launch readiness for upcoming products.
