Samfine Creation Holdings secured a PRC Publication Printing Permit enabling domestic printing operations and lifting foreign-investment constraints. The company will target the RMB203.5 billion market’s anime and K-12 segments by building a domestic division in the Yangtze River, Pearl River Delta and Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regions.

1. Publication Printing Permit Secured

Samfine Creation obtained a Publication Printing Permit from PRC authorities, lifting previous foreign-investment constraints and authorizing it to offer domestic publication printing services. This regulatory milestone allows the company to expand beyond its export-only model into China’s onshore market.

2. Domestic Expansion Strategy

The company will build a dedicated domestic business division targeting publishers, anime firms and educational institutions across the Yangtze River, Pearl River Delta and Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regions. This initiative aims to leverage Samfine’s manufacturing capabilities and reduce turnaround times for local customers.

3. Market Opportunity in Anime and Education

China's publication printing market is expected to reach RMB203.5 billion by 2026, driven by rising anime publications and stable demand for K-12 and preschool materials. Samfine plans to capitalize on growing Generation Z consumption of manga, light novels and essential educational texts.

4. Management Outlook

Management views the permit as critical to the next growth phase, emphasizing prudent execution to create long-term shareholder value within China’s dual circulation framework. The company plans to integrate its international expertise with domestic opportunities to drive revenue diversification.
