Sampo Oyj repurchased 551,957 A-shares on January 16 and 19, 2026, at a weighted average price of €10.00 per share. Following these purchases, treasury shares rose to 12,465,986 (0.47% of total) under the €150 million repurchase programme initiated November 6, 2025.
