Wolfspeed jumped 149% after launching a 1200V SiC power module and a 200mm SiC wafer platform, GCT Semiconductor climbed 136% on progress toward 5G chipset commercialization, and Enphase Energy rose 103% following its roll-out of GaN-based microinverters and expanded battery solutions.
