Sanofi, Regeneron expand antibody alliance in long-acting immunology programs for USD 1 billion upfront
REGN•Sanofi and Regeneron expanded their antibody alliance to add four long-acting immunology programs. Regeneron will receive USD 1 billion upfront and up to USD 7 billion in milestones.
1. Alliance expansion
The companies will split development and commercialization costs and share future profits 50:50 globally. Regeneron will lead research and development, while Sanofi will lead global commercialization; existing Dupixent profit-sharing terms remain unchanged. REGN20423 is in phase 1 for atopic dermatitis, and three additional antibodies are expected to enter clinical studies in 2027.
