1. Introduction of Autonomous Enterprise

At its Sapphire 2026 conference, SAP introduced the Autonomous Enterprise, unifying its AI and business process offerings to embed intelligent agents across critical workflows and drive secure, compliant outcomes. CEO Christian Klein emphasized anchoring AI in business data and governance to unlock new revenue streams and cost savings.

2. Core Platform and Assistants

The new SAP Business AI Platform merges SAP Business Technology Platform, Business Data Cloud and Business AI into a single governed environment, anchored by the SAP Knowledge Graph. SAP Autonomous Suite will deploy over 50 domain-specific Joule Assistants and 200 specialized agents across finance, supply chain, procurement and more, compressing the financial close from weeks to days and powering industry solutions such as offshore wind turbine maintenance.

3. €100M Partner Fund and Adoption Programs

To accelerate adoption, SAP established a €100 million partner fund for building and deploying AI assistants on its platform and enhanced RISE with SAP and SAP GROW offerings with preactivated assistants. ERP customers transitioning to cloud gain access to select AI scenarios, while new agent-led migration tools can cut ERP conversion efforts by over 35 percent.
