SAP to Boost Annual Dividend by €0.15 to €2.50, Payout Ratio Falls to 40.7%
SAP’s Supervisory and Executive Boards have proposed raising the fiscal 2025 dividend by €0.15 to €2.50 per share, marking a 6.4% increase and a total payout of €2.919 billion. The payout ratio will decline to 40.7% from 52.0%, aligning with the minimum 40% non-IFRS profit distribution policy.
1. Dividend Increase Proposal
On February 19, SAP’s Supervisory and Executive Boards proposed raising the fiscal 2025 annual dividend by €0.15 per share to €2.50, representing a 6.4% year-over-year increase.
2. Shareholder Approval and Total Payout
Pending shareholder approval, the total dividend payout will amount to €2.919 billion, up from €2.743 billion paid in fiscal 2024.
3. Payout Ratio and Policy Alignment
The increase will reduce SAP’s payout ratio to 40.7% from 52.0%, meeting the company’s policy of distributing at least 40% of non-IFRS profit after tax.

In fiscal Q4 2025, SAP posted $11.59 billion in revenue, up 18.5% year-over-year, and delivered EPS of $1.93, driven by 23% cloud revenue growth and a €21.05 billion cloud backlog.
