The deal extends a more than 30-year Sasol-Topsoe collaboration, targeting growth in global SAF capacity.
Technology licensing deal for Uzbekistan SAF plant
Sasol signed a technology licensing agreement with Allied Biofuels alongside Topsoe for an eSAF and bio-based SAF plant in Uzbekistan’s Khorezm region.
Topsoe’s SynCOR technology will be integrated with Sasol’s Fischer-Tropsch process to produce sustainable aviation fuel at commercial scale.
The licensing package covers core technology, engineering design, and technical services for the eSAF production pathway.
