Senior notes offering closes

SBA Communications priced USD 3.5 billion of senior notes in three tranches, according to a July 14 prospectus supplement. The offering closed July 23.

Issuance included USD 1.35 billion of 4.875% Senior Notes due 2030, USD 1.35 billion of 5.15% Senior Notes due 2031, and USD 800 million of 5.45% Senior Notes due 2033.
