Cumulative vehicle deliveries since inception reached 203 by that date, while annual external sales totaled 466 vehicle energy storage systems. New orders covered 43 vehicles worth approximately RMB 26.86 million in the six months ended June 30, 2026.
2. Stake and Nasdaq deadlines
In March 2026, a subsidiary acquired a 10% stake in electric tractor developer Huangshan Tafu Intelligent Agricultural Machinery Equipment. Scage Future’s Nasdaq minimum bid price compliance deadline is December 8, 2026, and its market-value compliance deadlines extend to February 23, 2027.
