This surge underscores robust customer commitments in advanced electronics manufacturing and reinforces the company’s sales momentum in high-performance PCB and substrate solutions.
2. Technology and Application Drivers
The new orders focus on InfinityLine Production Equipment for High-Density Interconnect Multilayer (HDI-ML) and modified Semi-Additive Processing (mSAP). These systems support AI servers, high-speed networking, optical communication modules and next-generation data infrastructure, highlighting growing demand for high-precision, high-yield interconnect technologies.
3. Geographic Distribution and Outlook
Customers in China, Taiwan and South Korea provided the bulk of recent wins, complemented by incremental business across Europe. SCHMID Group expects this trend to continue through the second half of 2026 and into 2027 as capacity investments accelerate for AI infrastructure and advanced communication platforms.
