Schmid H1 FY26 net loss widens to €47.81 million; revenue more than doubled to €46 million

H1 revenue more than doubled as net loss widened
Schmid Group posted H1 2026 revenue of EUR 46 million, more than doubled from a weak H1 2025.
Net loss widened to EUR 47.81 million under IFRS, driven mostly by non-cash accounting effects tied to the XJ Harbour conversion.
Adjusted EBITDA loss narrowed to EUR 0.56 million on a non-IFRS basis, versus EUR 11.58 million a year earlier.
Full-year guidance reaffirmed with lower margin outlook
Full-year revenue guidance of more than EUR 100 million was reaffirmed; adjusted EBITDA margin outlook was cut to 6%–9% from above 12%.
