Schrödinger co-founded Tectora with NEA and RA Capital, signing a licensing and collaboration deal to advance immunology and inflammation drug programs.
Tectora closed a $55 million Series A led by NEA and RA Capital to fund development.
Schrödinger contributed two early-stage small-molecule assets, receiving equity plus potential milestones and royalties.
Tectora will use Schrödinger’s computational platform and drug discovery team to move the programs toward clinical candidates.
