Operating loss widened to $29.42 million from $20.51 million, while selling, general and administrative costs climbed to $27.96 million from $19.84 million.
Other expense rose to $85.56 million from $23.52 million on unrealized losses of $50.74 million on Datavault and $9.26 million on digital assets.
Quarterly results worsen as revenue declines
Scilex posted a net loss of $114.99 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, widening from $44.05 million a year earlier.
Net revenue fell 22.78% to $7.64 million, driven by a $4.04 million drop in ZTlido revenue due to delayed inventory shipment from Japan.
