Scinai swings to FY26 H1 net income of USD 1.57 million; operating loss widens to USD 4.61 million

Operating loss widened to USD 4.61 million from USD 3.76 million a year earlier.
Net income swung to USD 1.57 million, driven by a USD 6.4 million bargain purchase gain from the Recipharm Israel acquisition.
Committed customer orders reached about USD 3.1 million as of Aug. 16, with about USD 2.1 million invoiced.
The company said it received about USD 650,000 in cash payments and advances for an expanded U.S. clinical manufacturing and CMC program, and is targeting about USD 5 million in CDMO revenue in 2026.
