Scisparc H1 2026 operating loss widens to $4.89 million
SPRC•Scisparc reported revenue of $284,000 for the six months ended June 30, 2026, down from $461,000, and an operating loss of $4.89 million. Cash was $4.46 million, which management said was insufficient for at least one year without additional financing.

Scisparc’s operating loss widened to $4.89 million as higher research and development and general and administrative costs outweighed lower sales, marketing and distribution costs. R&D expense rose to $1.58 million, while G&A increased to $3.2 million.

Cash totaled $4.46 million. Management said it was insufficient to fund operations for at least one year without additional financing.
