WORX•A Nasdaq panel approved SCWorx’s continued listing on the Nasdaq Capital Market, and trading is set to resume on a date the exchange will schedule. A September 2026 private placement lifted the company’s public float to 549,092 shares, and SCWorx will undergo monthly reporting for one year.

SCWorx won reconsideration from a Nasdaq panel, clearing the way for its shares to remain listed on the Nasdaq Capital Market. Trading, suspended since April 14, 2026, is set to resume on a date to be scheduled by the exchange; until reinstatement, shares continue to trade on OTCQB under the symbol WORX.
2. Compliance monitoring
The panel found SCWorx back in compliance, supported by a September 2026 private placement that lifted its public float to 549,092 shares. The company will be under a one-year monitoring period, with monthly reporting to Nasdaq through October 5, 2027.
