SEALSQ QS7001 Secure Element Poised for 2027 ANSSI Post-Quantum Mandate

France’s Agence nationale de la sécurité des systèmes d’information will cease certifying non-post-quantum products from 2027 and require critical infrastructure and government agencies to procure only quantum-resistant solutions by 2030, creating an urgent compliance deadline for hardware security vendors.
2. QS7001 Technical Validation
SEALSQ’s QS7001 Secure Element carries NIST SP 800-90B Entropy Source Validation Certificate #E333 and implements standardized ML-KEM (CRYSTALS-Kyber) and ML-DSA (CRYSTALS-Dilithium), alongside a hybrid cryptography architecture and tamper-resistant design for seamless transition to post-quantum security.

As part of its Quantum Spatial Orbital Cloud programme, SEALSQ confirmed a Q4 2026 launch aboard a SpaceX Falcon 9, extending its hardware-rooted post-quantum key distribution to low Earth orbit and reinforcing its end-to-end quantum security stack.
