CMMB•The SEC declared Snowdrift Parent’s amended registration statement for the Chemomab Therapeutics-Scipher Medicine transaction effective on October 30, 2026. Under a July 7 merger agreement, Chemomab will redomicile to the U.S., with Scipher becoming its wholly owned subsidiary.
