Seer Proteograph wins spot in PRECISE-SG100K 10,000-participant proteomics study arm

Seer disclosed early findings from Singapore’s PRECISE-SG100K proteomics study will be presented at HUPO 2026 in late September.

The program expanded to deep, unbiased mass spectrometry profiling in 10,000 participants to add discovery capability beyond predefined targets.

Investigators reported the workflow is already surfacing proteogenomic and epidemiological signals, supporting biomarker discovery potential across the cohort.

Seer’s Proteograph suite was selected for the 10,000-participant arm, positioning the platform for population-scale proteomics deployments.
