SEI Appoints Rob Wrzesniewski to Lead Stratos Technology for $1.9 Trillion Asset Platform
SEIC•SEI named Rob Wrzesniewski Head of Stratos Technology, reporting to Chief Product Officer Jeff Benfield and Stratos CEO Jeff Concepcion to align advisor-facing platforms and advance long-term capability development. SEI manages $1.9 trillion in assets as of March 31, 2026, and will use his expertise to integrate Stratos’ platforms into its technology ecosystem.
1. Leadership Appointment
Rob Wrzesniewski has been appointed Head of Stratos Technology within SEI’s Asset Management business, reporting to Jeff Benfield, Chief Product Officer, and Jeff Concepcion, Founder and CEO of Stratos Wealth Holdings. This newly created role underscores SEI’s commitment to strengthening its advisor technology leadership and cross-platform integration.
2. Role Responsibilities
In this position, Wrzesniewski will oversee advisor-facing technologies to ensure platforms are scalable, resilient and deliver a consistent, high-quality advisor experience. He will advance Stratos’ technology strategy, focusing on platform alignment, long-term capability development, and alignment with SEI’s enterprise objectives.
3. Strategic Integration Context
This appointment follows SEI’s first-stage strategic investment in Stratos Wealth Holdings completed in December 2025. With $1.9 trillion in assets under management as of March 31, 2026, SEI aims to integrate Stratos’ platform capabilities into its broader technology ecosystem to support advisor growth and client engagement.
