Selective Insurance names Jacob Rothfuss EVP and president of Standard Lines
SIGI•Selective Insurance named Jacob E. Rothfuss executive vice president and president of Standard Lines. He is expected to start no later than April 2027, when his current contractual obligations end.
1. Leadership appointment
Rothfuss will lead Standard Commercial Lines and Standard Personal Lines, reporting to Chairman, President and CEO John J. Marchioni. He joins from Velocity Risk Underwriters, part of Ryan Specialty Underwriting Managers, where he has served as CEO since 2023.
