Senmiao Technology posted a net loss from continuing operations of $32.79 million, widening from $312,693 a year earlier.
Revenue fell 15.62% to $360,889, while operating loss widened to $630,780 from $418,962.
Gross profit slipped to $61,692 from $81,867, as selling, general and administrative expenses climbed to $692,472 from $500,829.
Other expenses and AI expansion plans
Other expense swung to $737,700 from other income of $29,087, with a $34.15 million warrant fair-value loss recorded.
The company said it started evaluating AI infrastructure expansion in 2026, then formed Nebula Matrix AI in July with CECC to develop U.S. data centers.
