Senti Holdings, a unit of Senti Biosciences Holdings, issued USD 4 million of Senior Secured Convertible Notes to Celadon Partners SPV 24.
The financing closed on Aug. 14, 2026 under a securities purchase agreement dated Apr. 27, 2026.
The notes follow terms previously disclosed in Senti’s May 1, 2026 Form 8-K, updated by a May 26, 2026 filing.
