ServiceNow Launches AI Dispute Automation with Visa, Immutable Agent Recovery with Cohesity

ServiceNow is deploying an agentic AI payment dispute resolution system with Visa to automate triage, prioritization and documentation using its internal LLM and historical merchant data. A partnership with Cohesity will integrate its AI Agent Control Tower into Cohesity Data Cloud, enabling immutable, point-in-time recovery for enterprise AI agents.

1. Visa Partnership for AI Dispute Resolution

ServiceNow has integrated its internal large language model with Visa’s network to create an agentic AI-powered payments dispute resolution platform that automates the entire lifecycle including triage, prioritization and documentation by analyzing historical merchant and consumer data to flag low-value disputes and compliance risks early.

2. Cohesity Alliance for AI Agent Resilience

In collaboration with Cohesity, ServiceNow will embed its AI Agent Control Tower within the Cohesity Data Cloud to offer immutable, point-in-time recovery and rapid restoration of AI agents’ operating environments, addressing resilience and governance challenges in enterprise AI deployments.
