Sharon AI signed a six-year strategic compute collaboration with NVIDIA to deploy 72MW of new data centre capacity across Australia. The partnership will support up to 40,000 NVIDIA Grace Blackwell GB300 GPUs under NVIDIA’s DSX AI factory architecture.
The agreement incorporates a revenue-sharing and credit-support framework under which Sharon AI will market and sell NVIDIA-powered cloud computing services. NVIDIA will receive hardware sales revenue and a share of cloud-service revenues generated on the new infrastructure.
Following the expansion, Sharon AI’s total AI factory capacity has grown to 132MW, with 102MW already contracted to enterprise, startup and academic clients. The company plans to exceed 55,000 deployed NVIDIA GPUs by mid-2027, further scaling its sovereign AI compute footprint.
