SharonAI named Anuj Goel incoming chief financial officer, effective Aug. 24.
Goel spent 20 years at Macquarie, most recently as Head of Technology, APAC at Macquarie Capital.
Incumbent CFO Tim Broadfoot will step down, remaining for several months to support the transition.
Goel will oversee financial strategy, capital management, corporate development, and financial operations as the company scales its AI infrastructure platform.
